High school sweethearts, Perin and Ryan, were married at Wild Dunes in May. Perin had such vibrant colors for the day, with help from JW Weddings & Events. I love the bright colors she used, they were perfect for a spring wedding at the beach. Congratulations you two! 
What better way to show off Charleston than with a The Notebook themed engagement? Marcella and Ward are getting married on Saturday, and I wanted to share with you the pictures Nathan got at Cypress Gardens and downtown Charleston at the American Theater. Congrats Marcella and Ward and we are looking forward to spending Saturday with you! 
After several trips to Charleston and becoming engaged here, Wisconsin couple Tory and Mike decided to get married here, and we are so glad we got to be apart of their day! They got married at St.Mary’s Catholic Church followed by a reception at Planter’s Inn where the Peninsula Grill served dinner. JW Weddings & Events helped show off the south for all of Tory and Mike’s guests. It was very important for Tory and Mike to have their children be just as much a part of the day as themselves. Wanda took some great pictures all around downtown with the newlyweds with their children. 
Michelle and Josh started their wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner at Five Loaves downtown and the following day got married at St. Luke’s Chapel followed by a reception at Magnolia Plantation. Michelle worked with Sweetgrass Events, EventWorks, Sara York Grimshaw Florist, Ashley Bakery, and Paper Dolls Wedding Hair and Make-Up to make her wedding perfect. Michelle picked her flowers and cake and from there let the professionals take over to complete the look of the day. And we just loved the vintage white Bentley the couple used throughout the day. 
Nadia and Joe had there wedding ceremony at Christ Our King, followed by a reception at the Daniel Island Club. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready at a beach house on the Isle of Palms and on Daniel Island stopped and got some great photos at the Turtle Park. Thanks for letting us be apart of your day! 
We had a great time at the William Aiken House for Blair and Tyler’s wedding. Stacey at Red Letter Events coordinated a luxurious day, and Blair’s simple yet elegant dress was gorgeous on her. Abby and Andrew met at Charleston Southern University in 2009, and got married this past April. They had there rehearsal dinner at Red’s on Shem Creek and the following day a ceremony at Immaculate Conception Church in Goose Creek and the reception at Wescott Golf Club. Megan at Mingle helped make a nautical themed day, with First Bloom of Charleston adding some rope to the boutineer’s and centerpieces. Abbie’s Bakery tied in the same idea with a beautiful white and navy cake. We had a great time getting to know these guys over the past few months and wish them lots of happiness! 
Kendra and Matt were married at Mepkin Abbey with a reception at Old Santee Canal State Park. They had a wedding that reminded me of a southern, vintage, tea party! Each table was accented with a cake, to remind guests that Life and Love is Sweet, and they wanted guests to go home with a little something sweet. Kendra and Matt had a beautiful day and they got to be married under the sun in the state they love so much! Congratulations you two! 
Rebecca and Thomas had a traditional wedding ceremony, followed by a reception at Boone Hall Plantation in March. Bridal House of Charleston helped Rebecca to pick out an amazing two-piece off the shoulder dress. Holly with A Charleston Event coordinated the day, while Keepsake Florist did a great job with flowers and decorations. Rebecca and Thomas were met outside of St. John’s Lutheran Church with a horse and carriage from Palmetto Carriage Works. Octavia and Keron were married in May at The Sand Dunes Club on Sullivan’s Island. Duvall Catering, Epic Charleston, Little Bird Events, and Baby Faces of Charleston all helped make this day special for Octavia. Octavia had a pink day, and we are so glad that we got to be apart of it!
