Jolie and Andrew at Lowndes Grove

Jolie and Andrew were married at Lowndes Grove, and what a gorgeous day it was.  Jolie and Andrew are from Colorado and had family coming to Charleston from Alabama, Texas, and Colorado.  Andrew is a champion ferrier and Jolie is currently in pursuit of becoming a pharmacists.  Jolie wanted a simple rustic wedding with an awesome party to celebrate afterwards.  Patrick Properties did a wonderful job creating this wonderful event, Snyder Event Rentals and Technical Event Company helped make Lowndes Grove a beautiful outdoor venue.  Jolie and Andrew left the party on a rickshaw while guests waved sparklers.  What a fun couple, we hope they come back to visit us soon!













Mary and Troy Summerall Chapel and Citadel Beach House

Mary and Troy were married at Summerall Chapel and the reception was held at the Citadel Beach House in Isle of Palms.  Mary and Troy had a beautiful military style wedding and Wanda took some breath taking pictures by the beach.  Charleston Flower Market provided calla lily arrangements for the day.  We hope you enjoy these beautiful pictures!










Anna and Johnathan’s Wedding

Johnathan and Anna had a traditional wedding at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception at Country Club of Charleston.  Anna’s gown was from Fabulous Frocks and flowers were from Charleston Floral Designs.  We were so happy to be apart of this special couples day!











Jennifer and Derek’s Beach Wedding

Jennifer and Derek had a small intimate wedding at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina.  They are from New York and we were so excited to be apart of there southern wedding at the beach.  Even in November, Charleston is a beautiful place to get married.  Cakes by Kasarda created a beautiful beach themed wedding cake that was accented with seashells.












Emily and Casey at Magnolia Plantation

Emily and Casey are from Chicago and had a destination wedding at Magnolia Plantation, and you can tell the fun nature they have by these pictures.  The wedding was very casual with the bride wearing a tea length dress. The flowers and decorations added to the southern feel of the plantation.  Duvall Catering and Event Design did a wonderful job catering and decorating for this wedding, we always enjoy working with Duvall!











Jennifer and Cory at Legare Waring House

Jennifer and Cory are such a sweet couple and they were so excited to get there families and friends down to South Carolina for there celebration.  Jennifer and Cory love the University of Georgia and that is where the color inspiration comes from.   She also wanted to show off the vintage vibe of South Carolina while also keeping the day fun so she incorporated lots of lights throughout the day, including chandeliers hanging from trees during the ceremony.  Tiger Lily florist made arrangements of red flowers that really popped against the white and black dress and suits the bridesmaids and groomsmen wore.  The Legare Waring house is such a unique place to visit in Charleston we hope you enjoy these photos!












Tracy and Shaun at Alhambra Hall

Tracy and Shaun had an outdoor wedding at Alhambra Hall in November of 2013.  Snyder Events did a fantastic job of showing off the natural beauty of Alhambra Hall as well as making the event classy and traditional.












Maggie and Jim’s Springtree Plantation Wedding

Wanda traveled to Kingstree, South Carolina for Maggie and Jim’s September wedding.  The wedding was held at Indiantown Church in Hemingway, South Carolina with the reception at Springtree Plantation.  It was a beautiful fall day and the cornfields made an excellent back drop for some gorgeous photos!










Will and Lisa’s Old Wide Awake Park Wedding

Will and Lisa were married in October at Old Wide Awake Park in Hollywood, South Carolina.  Wanda captured the rustic of the barns and also the nautical theme of the dock.











Butterfly Kisses

Erin and Paul were married at Mt. Zion A.M.E Church in Charleston with the reception following at Harbour Club.  The bride wanted a butterfly themed wedding after one of her favorite Irish Blessings: May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun

The colors of the wedding were plum, silver, and white.

Abbie’s Bakery incorporated edible purple butterflies into the wedding cake and Hood’s Florist provided beautiful purple and white roses for the bouquets. The bride and her mother also played a huge role at the reception, they made all the decorations themselves!
