A Francis Marion Hotel Wedding

Cameron and Kaleb had a traditional wedding at James Island Presbyterian in March.  Cameron’s beautiful dress is from Modern Trousseau, and Paper Dolls Wedding Hair and Make-Up worked with Cameron to make sure she looked perfect on her special day!  Country & Lace provided the beautiful bouquets and centerpieces, while The Cake Stand created an incredible cake.  After the ceremony guests traveled to The Francis Marion Hotel were they ate and danced all night to a band from Other Brother Entertainment.    In between the ceremony and reception Wanda was able to sneak away with the couple to get some amazing cobblestone street pictures downtown.  We are so happy we got to apart of such a special day!  Cameron and Kaleb’s wedding was also featured in A Lowcountry Wedding and you can check it here: http://alowcountrywed.com/francis-marion-hotel-wedding-richard-bell-photography/                      johnson-0396johnson-0409johnson-0420johnson-0451johnson-0463johnson-0480johnson-0485johnson-0494johnson-0507johnson-0653johnson-0861johnson-0955

Heather and Justin’s Intimate Magnolia Plantation Wedding

 

Heather waited 40 years to find her prince charming and once she did it was love at first sight! The two met through mutual friends and with the help of Facebook they were able to begin dating and fell madly in love.  Heather was so excited to have an intimate wedding in Charleston, and Magnolia Plantation was the perfect setting for them.  What a sweet day it was were Heather and Justin could vow to spend their lives together and display the respect and admiration they have for one another.

Amey and Jared’s Travel Themed Wedding

 

Getting to know Amey and Jared was such a treat.  They meet working together in Charlotte, NC and there love of traveling is how the two got thier start and was the theme of there wedding.  Amey’s bridals were done at the Palmer House downtown, and Wanda did a great job showing off her antique dress including a beautiful broach on the sash.  Amey’s bouquet was handmade with maps of places the couple has traveled together.  They had their wedding at Creek Club at I’on and had such a beautiful day using her favorite color navy.  What a sweet couple, we are so glad we got to be apart of there special day!

Amey and Jared’s Engagement

Amey and Jared had there engagement photos taken Downtown and they had a lovely visitor come for part of the session, their dog Abby!







Laura & Keane’s Downtown Engagement

Mary and Troy Summerall Chapel and Citadel Beach House

Mary and Troy were married at Summerall Chapel and the reception was held at the Citadel Beach House in Isle of Palms.  Mary and Troy had a beautiful military style wedding and Wanda took some breath taking pictures by the beach.  Charleston Flower Market provided calla lily arrangements for the day.  We hope you enjoy these beautiful pictures!










Lindsay and Kent’s Creek Club at I’on Wedding

Wanda was the photographer at Lindsay and Kent’s wedding at the Creek Club at I’on  and what a wonderful job she did on such a gorgeous Fall day.  Lindsay worked with Amanda from Southern Chic Weddings and Events and they both did a wonderful job decorating with chalkboards, hanging chandeliers from the trees, and wooden rocking chairs.  Synder Events provided all the rentals for the day.  Lindsay and Kent’s wedding was also featured in On The Go Bride and you can check it out here: http://onthegobride.com/2013/12/creek-club-ion-south-carolina-wedding-richard-bell-photography/!










Adrienne and Richard’s Southern Wedding

Adrienne and Richard were married in September at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception being held at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina.  After falling in love on the dance floor but having a long distance relationship Adrienne and Richard wanted to have a travel themed wedding.  They choose South Carolina so guests could have a taste of the South.  Adrienne wore a Winnie Couture gown and her hair and make-up was done by Jennifer at Charleston Event Hair and Make-Up.  The colors were wisteria, eggplant, and meadow, and the couple ended the night surrounded by sparklers.










Casey and Collin’s Olde Wide Awake Plantation Wedding

Casey and Collin are definitely a couple destined to meet.  The two have been in the same circle of friends and family for years but after finally being at the same place at the same time (Casey’s brothers apartment) they decided to start dating.  After have a long distance relationship for over two years Casey and Collin were happy to finally be married and spend the rest of there lives together!  Olde Wide Awake Plantation in Hollywood, South Carolina was the location for the ceremony and reception.  Flowertown Florist created the bouquets and the band Gracious Day helped to start there marriage off with a bang!









Candace and Nate’s Wedding

Candace and Nate were married at Creek Church Presbyterian and the reception was held at Magnolia Plantation Veranda.  Candace was most excited about her flowers, they looked they were just picked straight out of the garden with herbs and berries included in her bouquet.  Candace grew up was a Dutch dancer in Holland, MI and gave Nate his very first pair of wooden shoes which the couple sported during there reception!
