Happy Friday everyone! I am excited for today’s blog. Sweet couple Ginny and Todd are getting married TOMORROW!! They had an engagement session at Boone Hall Plantation back in the Spring and I just love all the colors from the flowers. We can’t wait to celebrate with you two tomorrow! Congrats!!
Nadia and Joe had there wedding ceremony at Christ Our King, followed by a reception at the Daniel Island Club. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready at a beach house on the Isle of Palms and on Daniel Island stopped and got some great photos at the Turtle Park. Thanks for letting us be apart of your day! 
Tracy and Shaun had an outdoor wedding at Alhambra Hall in November of 2013. Snyder Events did a fantastic job of showing off the natural beauty of Alhambra Hall as well as making the event classy and traditional.
Wanda was the photographer at Lindsay and Kent’s wedding at the Creek Club at I’on and what a wonderful job she did on such a gorgeous Fall day. Lindsay worked with Amanda from Southern Chic Weddings and Events and they both did a wonderful job decorating with chalkboards, hanging chandeliers from the trees, and wooden rocking chairs. Synder Events provided all the rentals for the day. Ashley and Doug were married in December, and I love how they incorporated a Winter Wonderland into there wedding! Harborside East is in Mount Pleasant and is the perfect location for anyone who wants wedding guests to enjoy the evening overlooking the Ravenel Bridge. In lieu of a cake Ashley bakery created a beautiful table full of small desserts like cupcakes and pies and they also had a an outdoor open fire pit for roasting s’mores! We enjoyed working with Event Drs. and they did a fabulous job making this Winter Wonderland come to life. OK Florist did an amazing job creating some beautiful creations of plum, silver, and white flowers for the ceremony and reception.
In the Lowcountry there is one thing that describes the fall and that is football! Micah and Lauren showed there love for football and Clemson throughout there wedding. They got married at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception was held at the Cooper River Room. Using purple and orange throughout the day, guests were chatting C-L-E-M-S-O-N all night!
Draping fabric through the trees, blue shoes, and hand picked songs Brandy wanted a wedding that was totally her! The candy table and floating lanterns were all Brandy’s creation. Holly Simpson at A Charleston Event helped Brandy bring her ideas to life. Keepsake Florist & Ooh Events provided beautiful flowers and decor for the wedding and reception. Guests had dinner provided by Crazy Dutchman Catering and a beautiful white and purple cake from The Cake Stand. The couple left in a cab from Black Cab Company after being serenaded with ribbon wands!
McKayla and Randy were married in September at Harborside East in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The day could not have been more beautiful with crystal blue skies and the perfect sunset for a beautiful reception. Horst Wholesale Flowers provided an all-white rose bouquet for the bride and her bridesmaids. Café Catering handled all the food which included cheese trays and mini stuffed potatoes. Sweetest Blessings created a simple beautiful cake with silver ribbon fondant throughout. Loving anything glitter, the bride had many martini glasses with glitter balls as decorations. Harborside East is a hidden gem in Mount Pleasant that is the perfect backdrop for any couple wanting a wedding with Charleston scenery!
Caroline and Aaron had a beautiful summer wedding in August of 2013. The couple was married at Creek Club at I’on in Mount Pleasant, SC. The bridesmaids wore periwinkle dresses and Beth from Wildflowers Inc. provided each bridesmaid with a different colored bouquet. Caroline was inspired by blogs and her vision came to life with help from Ashley at Ashley Nicole Events.
Coming from Memphis, Tennessee Michael and Ashley decided to join their lives together at Creek Club at I’on in Mount Pleasant, SC. Ashley wanted a small stress-free wedding, Event Works helped make that vision come true with a classy blue and green theme. Beth from Wildflowers, Inc created beautiful spring time bouquets for the bride and her attendants. D’lish made a small tiered cake along with different flavored cupcakes for the occasion. The couple was sent off in a boat surrounded by sparklers.
