Shiniece and Kenneth met in grade school! The two have been through everything together and were ready to have the ultimate family celebration! Jessica and Ian fell in love and planned a fun wedding celebration that would bring all of their guests to beautiful Charleston! Unfortunately the 1000 year storm threw a curve ball with the weather! But after days of rain it finally stopped on the night of Jessica and Ian’s wedding! Although it made travel for their guests a bit tricky, their friends and family were happy to be there to witness the love that this sweet couple shares! It was a gorgeous day!

Dana and Russell planned a very personalized wedding celebration! With blue being Dana’s favorite color, glamour being the underlying theme and art displayed creatively throughout! Apart from individually painted place settings there was an artist live painting the whole event. With a ton of great plans in place, even the best plan got thrown off a bit with the 1000 year storm showing up for the wedding too! Because the day had to be spent inside we did a shoot a few days later outside, once the rain stopped! Dana and Russell had a great attitude and enjoyed the wet day as well as the dry shoot- as you can see they are a gorgeous couple!

Shelby and Matt wanted their wedding to be simple and elegant. The two chose gold as their main color focused everything around that. The two chose the Francis Marion because it was close to Grace Episcopal Church and easy for out of town guests to travel back and forth. Matt was born and raised in Charleston and he loves palmetto roses so the two decided to incorporate them into her bouquet and into to the groomsmen boutonnieres. It was a great celebration!

When Sutton and Patrick decided to get married, Charleston was the obvious choice! The two met in Charleston and fell in love here. After choosing the Historic Rice Mill it was easy to see the natural beauty of the venue and go with a minimal rustic theme. The venue was decorated with flickering candles and fresh flowers, all following the color theme of navy, gold and blush. The two wanted wedding to be a huge celebration and to be fun, so they placed games just outside of the bar for a guests to play, a life sized jenga set and a corn hole set and of course, glow sticks on the dance floor!

Larissa and Jason were so excited to not only be getting married, but after being long distance for years- finally living in the same place together! For their wedding they came to Charleston, Jason’s alma mater where they had a lovely ceremony.
