Erin and Jeremy are from Virginia and had a small beach wedding in March. The Tides Hotel at Folly Beach provided a beautiful background for a South Carolina beach. I love that Erin wore boat shoes, and so did her bridesmaid! Such a sweet couple we are so glad we got to spend the afternoon with you! 
Hillary and Lee were married at Boone Hall Plantation on Valentine’s Day. Stephanie from Sweetgrass Events worked with Hillary on designing a day where there was a basic color scheme and the bridal party got to pick their look so they could be comfortable and ready to party! She had a beautiful jeweled flower bouquet. The couple are huge South Carolina Gamecocks fan and Cocky showed up at the reception and dancing the night away with entertainment from Other Brother Entertainment! Cru Catering had guests’ mouth watering with delicious food and Sablee Patisserie and Chocolaterie designed a beautiful three layered purple ombre cake with a Reese Peanut Butter Cup groom’s cake for the chocolate peanut butter lovers. Event Haus provided rentals for the day and Hillary looked her best thanks to Ash & Co. Bridal Hair.
It may have been a little chilly, but it was a beautiful day in Charleston for Audrey and Thomas’ wedding! The day started with Audrey being pampered by Pamela Leash on make-up and Joyous Occasions on hair. Audrey had a beautiful gown from Alexia’s Bridal located in Raleigh, North Carolina. She carried with her a fur wrap for those chilly moments throughout the day. Kendra from Weddings By Leah was so wonderful to work with and she did a great job coordinating the day. In Bloom helped decorate the Cotton Dock at Boone Hall Plantation with palmetto leaves and Helen’s Florist put together the red and white flower bouquets. Guests munched on boiled peanuts, a South Carolina favorite, from Cru Catering while dancing the night away with entertainment provided by Donnie Atwood. Audrey is a lymphoma survivor and as a gift to all of their guests, the couple made a donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Karin and Robert were married at Grace Episcopal Church with a reception at South Carolina Society Hall. It was important for couple to have a fun, classic, simple Charleston wedding. Karin’s hair and make-up were by Lashes and Lace, and Karin looked gorgeous (she is also a former Miss. South Carolina contestant!). Karin worked with Sweet Magnolia Flowers and Good Food Catering to help make her dream day come true. Robert is part of the United Sates Marines, and Charleston Cakes Etc., created a cake to represent his service. Guests enjoyed dinner and danced all night to Lee Edwards Entertainment DJ. It was a fun evening had by everyone with a special guest appearance from the Clemson Tiger! 
Jenna’s smile and giggles are contagious, it is hard not to look at these pictures and not smile and giggle yourself! These two are so adorable together! Mell is so excited for their upcoming wedding at Stella Maris Catholic Church and Alhambra Hall. Since Tricia and Jake got married on New Year’s Eve, they wanted to combine the simplicity of white flowers and neutral colors with regal deep navy blue colors and a pinch of gold to accent the joyous occasion. Looking back at photos, they wanted it to have a timeless appeal. The couple were working a Gopher hockey game together and met in the press box at Mariucci Arena. After their intimate wedding to celebrate they went to a South Carolina Stingrays hockey game before the New Year’s celebrations began. Tricia and Jake chose to elope at Magnolia Plantation because they are from Minnesota and wanted a small but romantic ceremony in a warmer climate! The most important thing to Tricia was that they create beautiful memories that they can cherish for the rest of their life together. Country Lace and Florist did a wonderful job with her navy and white bouquet and Awesome Designs & Weddings married the special couple.
We love to travel! Nathan traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for Heather and Ken’s wedding. Heather and Ken met in high school. Heather was very shy and they only went on one date. That date made a lasting impression on both of them. After high school Heather and Ken went their separate ways, getting married and having children. As life sometimes goes they both found themselves divorced. One day Heather received a friend request from Ken and she knew that this was a life changing experience. Even though both live in separate cities and have careers and children of their own, they know their love is strong enough to endure any obstacle. They chose to get married at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens surrounded by their friends and family. Their wedding was soon after Christmas, so the gardens were covered in beautiful lights. Callie from We Tie The Knots designed and coordinated the day, we loved the evergreen that decorated the place cards. TLC Rents and Event Drapery provided breathtaking event accessories to the reception. Sweet Peeps did a wonderful making a cake that looked like it was coming out of a Winter Wonderland. Flowers were by Boukates and they did a great job accenting the Day Hall of the gardens.
It was not love at first sight for Deanna and Tim who met while working together. After much meddling by there boss, and Deanna thinking Tim was rude- the two became great friends and Tim finally asked Deanna out on a date. Tim was offered a job right after they started dating and Deanna moved with him to California and she said it was the best decision she has ever made. We are so excited to be apart of their day this weekend! Congrats!
Elizabeth and Sri love dark, deep colors and cooler weather so when the two became engaged they knew they wanted to get married in December. Elizabeth is from Charleston and wanted to show off her southern style while also incorporating Sri’s Indian culture. They had a beautiful gold mandap for their ceremony with red and white roses. They had a two day celebration starting with a ceremony at The Rice Mill Building downtown. It was important for Elizabeth and Sri to have support from their families which is why they wanted a small intimate ceremony. The next day there was a huge party at the The Country Club of Charleston, with decorations by Frampton Flowers, which held a special place in Elizabeth’s heart because it is where her grandparents would take her as a child.
Ginny’s vision for her big day was a winter wedding with classy, southern charm and lots of candle light for a warm, cozy feeling. She chose black bridesmaids dresses and a classic black tux with bow tie for the groomsman. Ginny had the talented team from Salon Capelli do a great job showing off her beautiful green eyes and long blonde hair. The ladies had Gown Boutique of Charleston had Todd in tears when she walked down the isle in her beautiful gown. For flowers, Ginny wanted to have whites with just little springs of green to contrast the bridesmaids black dresses and also to fit in with the winter theme. Country and Lace Florist did a great job pulling together Ginny’s vision and coordinating the event. Following the ceremony, a bagpiper played filling the streets with the happy announcement of a new marriage. Walking over to the Mills House from the French Huguenot Church, the bridesmaids carried candles for a very festive touch. Ginny also choose lots of silver and gold for a touch of sparkle that added to the elegant feel. Immaculate Confections designed and baked a beautiful cake for guests to enjoy. Both Ginny and Todd agreed that they wanted their wedding to be FUN! So they decided to have a great band, Momentum, at the reception to keep the reception upbeat and lively! Ginny wore her grandmothers’ fur stole to the reception and her bridesmaids wore monogrammed wraps. Their big leave consisted of everyone throwing artificial snow to wrap up the wonderful winter wedding!
