If The Shoe Fits….

Alexis and Eric had an such a creative, unique idea when they decided to have a shoe themed wedding at Dunes West Country Club!

From the Bride: “We are a couple who enjoy wearing a nice pair of shoes and feel your attitude in grounded in how good you feel about yourself. Any easy way to express your love of color, design, and style is in shoes.”

Alicia and Matt’s Engagement Session

Alicia and Matt met while eating dinner and Olive Garden, and are excited to be planning a Hilton Head wedding!  They had their engagement session Downtown, and Nathan captured a many special moments between them.  We are looking forward to their wedding in two weeks!












Amanda and Brian’s South Carolina Aquarium Wedding!

The first word that comes to mind when looking at the images Nathan took from Amanda and Brain’s wedding is: WOW!  The couple chose to be married at the South Carolina Aquarium because of their love for aquariums.  Amanda did a wonderful job pulling together her favorite aspects art deco and the ocean at her wedding.  The colors were jade, coral, and deep blue to mirror the colors of Mother Ocean.  With the help from Ashley Russell from Ashley Events and Duvall Events and Catering, the Aquarium was transformed into a beautiful Under The Sea party.












Jennie and George’s Plantation Engagement

Jennie and George met at Georgie’s cousins wedding and quickly hit it off and we are so excited to be apart of their special day in a few weeks!  Jennie and George wanted their engagement photos taken at her grandfathers plantation in Moncks Corner, and what a beautiful day it was!











Jayme and David’s Sunrise Engagement Session

Mell did a sunrise engagement session at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens for Jayme and David.  This is a creative idea and we can’t wait for their wedding in just a ten days!













Adrienne and Richard’s Southern Wedding

Adrienne and Richard were married in September at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception being held at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina.  After falling in love on the dance floor but having a long distance relationship Adrienne and Richard wanted to have a travel themed wedding.  They choose South Carolina so guests could have a taste of the South.  Adrienne wore a Winnie Couture gown and her hair and make-up was done by Jennifer at Charleston Event Hair and Make-Up.  The colors were wisteria, eggplant, and meadow, and the couple ended the night surrounded by sparklers.










Lauren and Micah’s Clemson Themed Wedding

In the Lowcountry there is one thing that describes the fall and that is football!  Micah and Lauren showed there love for football and Clemson throughout there wedding.  They got married at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception was held at the Cooper River Room.  Using purple and orange throughout the day, guests were chatting C-L-E-M-S-O-N all night!










Jessy and David’s Wedding at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

It is almost Spring so today we wanted to share with you a beautiful beach wedding! Jessy and David were married at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina.  Guests picked a fan and a rice hat and danced the night away!










Candace and Nate’s Wedding

Candace and Nate were married at Creek Church Presbyterian and the reception was held at Magnolia Plantation Veranda.  Candace was most excited about her flowers, they looked they were just picked straight out of the garden with herbs and berries included in her bouquet.  Candace grew up was a Dutch dancer in Holland, MI and gave Nate his very first pair of wooden shoes which the couple sported during there reception!












Maggie and Jim’s Springtree Plantation Wedding

Wanda traveled to Kingstree, South Carolina for Maggie and Jim’s September wedding.  The wedding was held at Indiantown Church in Hemingway, South Carolina with the reception at Springtree Plantation.  It was a beautiful fall day and the cornfields made an excellent back drop for some gorgeous photos!
