A Francis Marion Hotel Wedding

Cameron and Kaleb had a traditional wedding at James Island Presbyterian in March.  Cameron’s beautiful dress is from Modern Trousseau, and Paper Dolls Wedding Hair and Make-Up worked with Cameron to make sure she looked perfect on her special day!  Country & Lace provided the beautiful bouquets and centerpieces, while The Cake Stand created an incredible cake.  After the ceremony guests traveled to The Francis Marion Hotel were they ate and danced all night to a band from Other Brother Entertainment.    In between the ceremony and reception Wanda was able to sneak away with the couple to get some amazing cobblestone street pictures downtown.  We are so happy we got to apart of such a special day!  Cameron and Kaleb’s wedding was also featured in A Lowcountry Wedding and you can check it here: http://alowcountrywed.com/francis-marion-hotel-wedding-richard-bell-photography/                      johnson-0396johnson-0409johnson-0420johnson-0451johnson-0463johnson-0480johnson-0485johnson-0494johnson-0507johnson-0653johnson-0861johnson-0955

Amanda and Brian’s South Carolina Aquarium Wedding!

The first word that comes to mind when looking at the images Nathan took from Amanda and Brain’s wedding is: WOW!  The couple chose to be married at the South Carolina Aquarium because of their love for aquariums.  Amanda did a wonderful job pulling together her favorite aspects art deco and the ocean at her wedding.  The colors were jade, coral, and deep blue to mirror the colors of Mother Ocean.  With the help from Ashley Russell from Ashley Events and Duvall Events and Catering, the Aquarium was transformed into a beautiful Under The Sea party.

Carla and Scott’s Engagement

We had so much fun with this laid back couple in Downtown Charleston!

Downtown Engagement

Erin and Paul’s Engagement Session was taken throughout Downtown, here are some awesome shoots of the sweet couple!

Upstairs at Midtown Wedding

Jill and Steve may be from the north, but after becoming engaged the two Charleston City Police Officers knew they wanted to off everything they love about Charleston.  Kayla at MOD Events did an excellent job at making the day perfect for the couple and showing off their police background.  They had a gorgeous outdoor wedding at the Confederate House and Upstairs at Midtown was an extremely unique reception location that provided outstanding views of downtown Charleston.  OK Florist made beautiful flowers make the occasion unforgettable!

Charleston with Keri and Jason

The Cast and Crew of the Clemente Players!

I had the pleasure of photographing  the cast and crew of the Werewolf’s Curse, Hair today Gone Tomorrow.  They are currently in rehearsal for their performances the first weekend in April.  They are the Clemente Players, directed by Dr. Sharon Willis (pictured in the front).  All proceeds of the play go to benefit the Clemente Class, which is a pioneering educational experiment for the most needy of our society designed to fight the cycle of poverty by providing higher humanities education to those who would never otherwise have that opportunity.  Click here to see the larger picture!
