Amanda and Brian’s South Carolina Aquarium Wedding!

The first word that comes to mind when looking at the images Nathan took from Amanda and Brain’s wedding is: WOW!  The couple chose to be married at the South Carolina Aquarium because of their love for aquariums.  Amanda did a wonderful job pulling together her favorite aspects art deco and the ocean at her wedding.  The colors were jade, coral, and deep blue to mirror the colors of Mother Ocean.  With the help from Ashley Russell from Ashley Events and Duvall Events and Catering, the Aquarium was transformed into a beautiful Under The Sea party.












Ashley and Doug’s Winter Wonderland Wedding

Ashley and Doug were married in December, and I love how they incorporated a Winter Wonderland into there wedding!  Harborside East is in Mount Pleasant and is the perfect location for anyone who wants wedding guests to enjoy the evening overlooking  the Ravenel Bridge. In lieu of a cake Ashley bakery created a beautiful table full of small desserts like cupcakes and pies and they also had a an outdoor open fire pit for roasting s’mores!  We enjoyed working with Event Drs. and they did a fabulous job making this Winter Wonderland come to life.  OK Florist did an amazing job creating some beautiful creations of plum, silver, and white flowers for the ceremony and reception.











Adrienne and Richard’s Southern Wedding

Adrienne and Richard were married in September at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception being held at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina.  After falling in love on the dance floor but having a long distance relationship Adrienne and Richard wanted to have a travel themed wedding.  They choose South Carolina so guests could have a taste of the South.  Adrienne wore a Winnie Couture gown and her hair and make-up was done by Jennifer at Charleston Event Hair and Make-Up.  The colors were wisteria, eggplant, and meadow, and the couple ended the night surrounded by sparklers.










Lauren and Micah’s Clemson Themed Wedding

In the Lowcountry there is one thing that describes the fall and that is football!  Micah and Lauren showed there love for football and Clemson throughout there wedding.  They got married at St. Luke’s Chapel and the reception was held at the Cooper River Room.  Using purple and orange throughout the day, guests were chatting C-L-E-M-S-O-N all night!










Jessy and David’s Wedding at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

It is almost Spring so today we wanted to share with you a beautiful beach wedding! Jessy and David were married at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina.  Guests picked a fan and a rice hat and danced the night away!










Karen and Michael’s Magnolia Plantation Wedding

Karen and Michael had such a beautiful plum and silver wedding at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens.  Charleston Uplighting did a wonderful job creating a warm and cozy scene for the reception, and Horst Wholesale Flowers provided the beautiful flowers.  Guests drank out of mason jars to go with the plantation feel of the wedding!

Melissa and Bryan’s Isle of Palms Wedding

Melissa and Bryan’s family and friends waited fourteen years for this special day!  Coming from New York Bryan and Melissa were excited to have a destination wedding at Wild Dunes at Isle of Palms.  Justin at JW Weddings and Events was great to work with and helped pull of this fun day!










Holly and Nathan’s Beautiful Wedding

Holly and Nathan had a very beautiful wedding at the Church of the Holy Cross with a reception at the Citadel Beach house following the ceremony.  The bride and an absolutely breath taking gown that covered her back with lace and had beautiful gathered ruching.  Family is so important to Holly and Nathan and they incorporated family in every aspect that the could, the grooms grandmother even led a Flash Mob at the reception!  Relish Distinctive Catering help to design and cater the event.  Buy the Bunch did a great job working with the bride to make her day so beautiful and unforgettable!












Megan and Ben’s Island House Wedding

After waiting almost two years for Megan  to finally agree to go out on a date with Ben, it only took a year for these two love birds to get engaged!  Megan and Ben had a long distance relationship from Charleston to New York before Megan moved to New York, however the couple chose Charleston as the location for there wedding.  Megan did a wonderful job putting mocha brown and light yellow together to make a beautiful color scheme. They could not ask for a more beautiful warm November day at  The Island House on John’s Island!
