Dana and Joe

Dana and Joe got married on the 4th of July! The two wanted to celebrate the independence of our country but in a subtle and classy way. Since Charleston is quite warm in July the couple chose to get married at their church and then party at the Francis Marion Hotel. The day was sweet and fun and the details were the perfect combination of patriotic while still being romantic!

Nailah and Zachery

Nailah and Zachery met in 7th grade! The two love their fur babies, family, food and a good time! Their wedding was a big celebration for all of their love since they were in middle school! With plum flowers and plum accents throughout the day was just the vision Nailah and Zachery had for their day! After vows were exchanged there was dancing and partying the night away!

Sally & Michael

Sally and Micheal met through a mutual friend and they wanted a wedding that was Southern Classic meets Northern Italian.  The ceremony was held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the reception at Hibernian Hall.  Super Delux was the seven piece band and they did a great job doing a second line, which is a tradition from New Orleans were they play while wedding party and guests make procession into the ceremony.  Ok Florist did a great job creating beautiful pieces for the day, and Modern Trousseau helped Sally pick out the perfect dress for her!  Congrats Sally and Michael! rbpwedding rbpwedding-2 rbpwedding-3 rbpwedding-4 rbpwedding-5 rbpwedding-6 rbpwedding-7 rbpwedding-8 rbpwedding-9 rbpwedding-10

Meredith & Matt

Meredith and Matt were set up by a mutual friend in 2011, and got married this past June.  The ceremony was held at Second Presbyterian with the reception at the Francis Marion Hotel.  Meredith loves anything pink and girly and that is exactly the kind of wedding that she wanted. Meredith worked with OK Florist, Ashley Bakery, Blushair, and Creative Sound to make her day perfect!  Thanks for letting us be apart of your special day, congrats!  Meredith and Matt were also published on My Hotel Wedding, and you can check it out here!lummen-0069 lummen-0074 lummen-0108 lummen-0348 lummen-0353 lummen-0498 lummen-0845 lummen-0848 lummen-0852 lummen-1088

Ashley and Doug’s Winter Wonderland Wedding

Ashley and Doug were married in December, and I love how they incorporated a Winter Wonderland into there wedding!  Harborside East is in Mount Pleasant and is the perfect location for anyone who wants wedding guests to enjoy the evening overlooking  the Ravenel Bridge. In lieu of a cake Ashley bakery created a beautiful table full of small desserts like cupcakes and pies and they also had a an outdoor open fire pit for roasting s’mores!  We enjoyed working with Event Drs. and they did a fabulous job making this Winter Wonderland come to life.  OK Florist did an amazing job creating some beautiful creations of plum, silver, and white flowers for the ceremony and reception.

Upstairs at Midtown Wedding

Jill and Steve may be from the north, but after becoming engaged the two Charleston City Police Officers knew they wanted to off everything they love about Charleston.  Kayla at MOD Events did an excellent job at making the day perfect for the couple and showing off their police background.  They had a gorgeous outdoor wedding at the Confederate House and Upstairs at Midtown was an extremely unique reception location that provided outstanding views of downtown Charleston.  OK Florist made beautiful flowers make the occasion unforgettable!
