Jennifer and Blake chose Charleston because they had their first unofficial first date there and they absolutely love the city. They also chose Charleston to honor the history of Jennifer’s family. This wedding was all about celebrating Jennifer and Blake’s family and love for one another, connecting the past with the present, and celebrating their love!

Emma and Bobby wanted quite a traditional wedding, with some aspects that showcased their personality and love. Many of the wedding guests hadn’t visited Charleston before, so the two thought it would be fun to have Southern-inspired food, and a Firefly-lemonade cocktail to go along with it. To make Emma’s side of the family feel more at home, there was a Pimm’s Cup cocktail – a very English drink! The two had a beautiful day!
Joy and Andrew met in high school and after being friends for a year, the two started dating! The two love writing letters to each other, playing with their dog Thorin, outdoor activities and anything they can compete in. Since Joy graduated from The Citadel it was a natural fit. The celebration with friends and family included corn-hole playing, lots of good southern food and dancing!

Kyla and Dennis met through mutual friends and had a long distance relationship for the first couple of years of dating. Through the miles their love grew and shortly after they were able to move together they became engaged! Carly and Mike met by chance when Carly was a guest at the hotel that Mike worked at. The two quickly fell in love and were engaged within a year! They have wasted no time in already moving once, traveling regularly and laughing together constantly. Since Mike is from Bulgaria it was important to the two that some of his family traditions were a part of their special day! And since it was the joining of two very different families they thought it would be nice to have the comfort and ease that Charleston provides! The day was full of happy and sweet moments!

Jessica and Chris met while working together. The couple has been spending their time since eating sushi and volunteering at the local shelter helping care for kittens. The two wanted their wedding to have a timeless feel that is reminiscent of Gone with the Wind Days. To capture that feel they chose a gorgeous outdoor ruins, live violin playing and romantic details. The reception kicked into celebration gear with dancing and cupcakes!
